The Role


Supporting the Show Director, Show Producer, Animation Director and team in scheduling, prioritising and tracking internal and external technical assignments and project details for our productions.


You’ll be organising dailies and review sessions – including managing notes and feedback. Schedule and track artists work and manage status and delivery dates using Shotgrid. Work with the Directors to ensure that work is approved and delivered on time and to specification.



You will:

● Be able to work at our head office in Frome

● Previous work experience in TV/Film or similar industry

● Experience with production management software such as Shotgrid or similar

● Be detail oriented, proactive and well organised

● Have good communication skills

● Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to tight deadlines


There may be times in the role, where working outside of the standard hours is required in order to support the operations of the business and the events that may occur throughout the year. You may be required on occasion to work from other locations as the business requests.


Location: Celestial Head office, Frome Business Park, Frome

Reports to: Animation Director

Salary: £21-25k dependent on experience
